Mission

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager Intern for the Core Business Banking team and help us launch our most strategic banking services across our European markets! You will have a direct impact on our product adoption and user acquisition by crafting compelling Go-To-Market plans. You will step into a dynamic environment where you will quickly gain autonomy, fully guided and supported by your manager, Aurélie Fon, Expert PMM.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Marketing Manager Intern at Qonto, you will
  • Support major product launches: Contribute to our core banking Go-To-Market strategies by conducting market research and adapting our messaging for different countries.
  • Manage marketing projects: Take ownership of key operational tasks, such as creating sales enablement decks and tracking marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Drive product adoption: Help track KPIs and targets to identify ways to improve the success of our existing features and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop your autonomy: Learn to navigate a fast-paced tech environment, gradually taking on more responsibility and managing your own workload.
  • Details: This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in our Paris office (Hybrid).
🤔 What you can expect
  • Market/Team Context: You will join the Core Business team at a pivotal time, working in an exciting environment where you will be trusted with real responsibilities and a higher degree of autonomy than a typical internship.
  • Methodologies, how we work, and what we value: We value cross-functional collaboration and clear communication. You will work hand-in-hand with Product, Market PMMs, Growth, and Sales teams.
  • Projects: You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will contribute directly to our biggest banking launches and own cross-functional deliverables to measurably improve our growth KPIs.
  • Tools we use: You will heavily rely on Excel (specifically Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to analyze data and extract marketing insights. SQL will also be used if you are familiar with it.

Your manager will be Aurélie Fon, our Expert PMM for Banking. Aurélie brings nearly 5 years of experience at Qonto, having started as a PMM for Bookkeeping before progressing to her current expert role. She fosters an empowering management style, helping you make your own decisions and master prioritization. Aurélie allocates tasks flexibly so you can work on topics you enjoy while stepping outside your comfort zone. She is highly invested in your learning curve and long-term career trajectory!

  • Proactive & Autonomous: You have an ownership mindset, love taking initiatives, and are eager to learn how to manage your own projects in a fast-growing company.
  • Data-Driven: You enjoy analyzing numbers to extract actionable insights. Mastery of Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP) is a must-have; SQL is a strong plus.
  • Collaborative: You can smoothly coordinate with various teams (Product, Growth, Sales) with clear communication and a strong sense of organization.
  • Creative & User-Centric: You have a knack for writing and the ability to draft clear, compelling, and user-focused marketing materials.
  • Language: You are fluent or bilingual in English to ensure clear communication across our international teams. French, Spanish, or German is a plus!
