Mission:

Join us as Lead Marketing — Accountants Channel to own and scale Qonto's go-to-market strategy within one of France's most strategic and specialized B2B verticals — the accounting profession. Your mandate: strengthen Qonto's credibility, grow acquisition, and become the marketing heartbeat of an entire ecosystem.

You will work closely with Madeleine Corbetta, our Head of Marketing France, and Charles Macaire, Director of the Accountant Channel.

Acting as the key marketing orchestrator for this vertical, you will coordinate initiatives between the Accountant Channel teams and Qonto’s Central Marketing Centers of Expertise (SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, CRM), as well as local Content and Events Managers. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for defining the marketing strategic plan and delivering measurable business impact and performance across the Accountant segment.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Lead Marketing — Accountants Channel at Qonto, you will:

  • Own and drive the GTM strategy and roadmap for the Accountants segment — from positioning and messaging to acquisition drivers and Marketing performance delivery all along the journey — with the goal of strengthening Qonto's credibility and measurably growing Accountant Hub users within 6–12 months
  • Orchestrate cross-functional marketing functions across SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, CRM, Content and Events to build a consistent, high-impact presence in the accounting ecosystem — with clear roadmap alignment and weekly performance tracking
  • Identify and activate new acquisition levers if relevant (webinars, white papers, thought-leadership, GEO) to increase inbound reach and directly contribute to the Accountant Channel's business targets
  • Lead and structure the marketing operation — managing all experts on a functional basis, owning roadmap, dashboards, KPI reviews, and prioritization rituals
  • Challenge and elevate central marketing teams (SEO/SEA/Website/Brand/CRM) by bringing deep accounting vertical knowledge, co-designing high-impact campaigns, and unblocking complex cross-functional situat
  • Own the strategic vision of the accounting market — staying ahead of industry trends, competitive moves, regulatory changes, e-invoicing, and AI-driven transformation to shape Qonto’s long-term positioning and growth strategy

  • A complex and fascinating market: accountants are regulated professionals, highly sensitive to expertise and credibility. Generic B2B SaaS playbooks don’t work here — and you’ll build the one that does, at a time of massive transformation driven by AI and the new e-invoicing reform
  • High cross-functional visibility:you’ll work daily with SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, CRM and all Acquisition Centers of Expertise at Qonto, as well as local Content and Events stakeholders across France, with strong exposure to senior leadership, including Charles, Business Unit Director, and Philippine, Managing Director France
  • An AI-first environment: Qonto is deeply committed to AI adoption. You'll be expected to experiment daily with AI tools (Notion AI, Dust, Claude…) and bring forward-looking thinking on LLM-based acquisition and agentic marketing
  • Direct impact on business KPIs: your work is directly tied to Accountant Hub user growth, brand perception in the accounting ecosystem, and the Accountant Channel's commercial performance

  • Her background? Madeleine has been at the heart of Qonto’s French marketing strategy for years, and is the driving force behind the Accountants Channel marketing in France. She has a deep understanding of the accounting ecosystem, its codes, and what it takes to be credible in front of this audience — from content and events to PR and GTM strategy. She also brings strong expertise in B2B marketing channels and 360° marketing strategy.
  • What she brings to the team? Madeleine combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She is a highly visible leader at Qonto, representing the company in external forums and conferences (Food Hotel Tech, media interviews). With 10+ years of experience in B2B Tech Marketing, deep knowledge of the accounting market, and a strong understanding of how to operate at Qonto, she brings both the expertise and influence to help you hit the ground running and have real impact from day one.

🏅 About you:

  • Accounting ecosystem expertise (non-negotiable): You understand how accounting firms work — their language, pain points, and buying behavior. You've marketed to this audience before and you're immediately credible in front of them. Ideal backgrounds: Pennylane, Tiime, Cegid, Dext, Indy, RCA, MyUnisoft, ACD, Sage
  • Senior B2B marketing background (7–10+ years): Strong track record in GTM strategy, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition — ideally in SaaS or Fintech with a vertically specialized segment and industrial complexity
  • Cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder management: You can orchestrate complex initiatives across multiple teams and functional experts, align stakeholders at VP/Director level, make prioritization calls with confidence and assertiveness, and bring stakeholders on the journey through strong synthesis, clear communication, and the ability to make complex market dynamics accessible to non-experts.
  • SEO/SEA/Full-funnel Acquisition strategy: You don't need to be the technical expert — but you can challenge one, co-design structured acquisition plans, and drive results across all types of channels when relevant
  • Strategic autonomy and AI curiosity: You operate independently at a senior level, think in systems, and are genuinely curious about emerging acquisition levers — AI indexing, LLM-driven traffic, and agentic marketing
