Join us as a Senior Expert Product Manager to architect and evolve the foundational platform that powers Qonto's entire user experience. You will tackle one of our most complex product challenges: transforming how 600,000+ customers navigate, discover, and interact with our financial platform.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Senior Expert Product Manager at Qonto, you will
• Continuously explore customer problems, identify opportunities across journeys, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into clear, testable bets.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to take complex, cross-cutting initiatives from idea to launch, ensuring quality, speed, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape product strategy by prioritizing what truly moves the needle for customers and the business, aligning teams around clear goals and decision frameworks.
• Define patterns, standards, and platform capabilities that are adopted across product teams to create a coherent, high-quality app experience.
• Combine user research, analytics, and market signals to build deep expertise in your domain and share learnings widely.
🤔 What you can expect
• You will view the app as an integrated platform, with a scope that spans transversal product surfaces and capabilities influencing how all teams build and how customers navigate and discover value.
• You’ll bring structure, creativity, and strong product judgment to turn loosely defined challenges into concrete progress.
• You’ll serve both external customers and internal cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders and securing adoption without direct authority.
• Details matter. You’ll go deep on interaction patterns, component states, and motion—partnering closely with our Design System to raise the bar across the experience.
• You’ll be curious about the full Qonto journey and share insights proactively to improve outcomes beyond your immediate scope.
🏅About You
• Systems thinking expertise: You see products as integrated platforms, not isolated features. You can abstract transversal elements, map complex use cases, and turn theoretical frameworks into actionable product improvements
• Product & design sensibility: You have extreme attention to detail and passion for testing new apps. Background as a former designer or engineer strongly preferred over strategy roles - we need someone who has shipped and built features, not just theorized about them
• Customer obsession: You're innately curious about entire user journeys and understand why users come to Qonto, even outside your direct domain. You conduct user interviews and share feedback across teams
• Communication & stakeholder management: You excel at building partnerships and influencing without authority. You can align and secure adoption across teams with no direct hierarchy
• Technical product knowledge: You understand tech, product, and end-to-end feature delivery. Knowledge of design systems and component states, is key.
At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
