As a Production Technician (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in one of our modern production lines. Depending on the product and current needs, we will jointly determine during the application process which line best matches your skills and experience. In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing our technically sophisticated unmanned platforms and systems on time and to the highest quality standards.

Together with our collaborative and interdisciplinary team of experts, you will work to continuously push the boundaries of unmanned systems and help set new standards in data-driven intelligence, monitoring, and data acquisition.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of our latest UXS models within one of our production lines.

• Timely completion of products in accordance with current work and inspection instructions.

• Execution of in-process inspections, tests, fault analyses, and repairs to ensure the highest product quality.

• Responsibility for the quality of the manufactured UXS and compliance with defined standards.

• Careful documentation of all production steps to ensure traceability of components and finished products.

• Support in the further development and optimization of work and inspection instructions.

• Active contribution to the continuous improvement of our production processes, while ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency within your work area.

• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Systems, Testing, and Prototyping to ensure smooth product handover.

What you bring to the team:

• Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, several years of professional experience in a production environment.

• Good to very good knowledge of electronics, wiring, and working with composite materials.

• Enthusiasm for model aircraft and model building; basic programming knowledge is a plus.

• High level of self-motivation and a structured, independent way of working.

• Open, communicative, and professional demeanor – you are valued as a reliable internal point of contact.

• Confident communication skills in German or English.
