Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and second review line for our KYC Operations Experts, including analyzing customer documentation, such as identification and legal documents
• Provide functional guidance to a team of up to 10 KYC Operations Experts
• Ensure that our business processes are up to date and that new processes are crafted on demand.
• Liaise with our product teams to enhance process automation and our KYC onboarding flow
• Provide subject matter guidance to relevant product teams when new end-consumer product features are drafted
• Liaise and partner with our second line functions to ensure our operations are compliant with local and international legislation
• Identify patterns and trends consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, and other types of suspicious activity
• Complete ongoing due diligence checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is always maintained

Qualifications

• You bring at least some years of experience in an operational or management-related role
• You have extensive knowledge about "Know Your Client" processes and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• You serve as a functional leader for our KYC Operations Experts
• You are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership and product teams
• You possess strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
• You have a detail-oriented work approach
• You are able to prioritize workflows and ensure deadlines are met
• You are fluent in English and German (at least C1 level)
