Your To-Dos
  • Scout & Strategize: Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential M&A targets across the EdTech landscape.
  • Shape the Plan: Collaborate on defining Sdui’s strategic M&A objectives and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Build the Case: Own financial modeling and business case development to support acquisition decisions.
  • Drive Deals: Lead due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Document & Deliver: Convert complex analysis into clear, actionable deal documentation and recommendations.
  • Present & Influence: Communicate findings confidently to the Director and C-Level executives, making your insights count.
Your Skills
  • Financial & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience with company financials, KPIs, and market analysis. You turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Problem Solver & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Persuasive Communicator: Able to present complex results clearly and convincingly to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative & Relationship-Oriented: Thrive in building strong internal and external connections.
  • Ownership & Results-Driven: Take initiative, act decisively, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Educational Background: University degree (MSc/BSc) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics) or a business degree from a top-tier business school.
  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years in financial/business analysis roles in demanding settings such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth tech companies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
