This position sits within Pupil AG in St. Gallen, Switzerland - part of the Sdui Group. With around 50 passionate professionals, Pupil supports over 200 schools on their digital journey through its modern, cloud-based platform PUPIL.

Your mission
As part of our Account Management team in Switzerland, you play a key operational role in turning strategic canton partnerships into measurable success. You ensure that Pupil and Sdui Group modules are not only introduced but actively used by schools and educational providers across the country. In this role, strategy meets execution – relationship management and sales growth go hand in hand.
What you’ll do
  • Drive the successful execution of canton partnerships at school and provider levels, turning strategy into real impact

  • Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

  • Spot and seize up- and cross-selling opportunities, helping schools unlock the full potential of our solutions

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Sales Support to deliver seamless customer experiences

  • Lead the onboarding, introduction, and implementation of Pupil in schools and educational organizations

  • Keep all activities organized and transparent in Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations

  • Provide insightful, structured feedback from the field to help refine products, processes, and customer experiences

What you’ll bring
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you thrive on connecting with people

  • Strong IT affinity and confidence in explaining digital solutions to diverse audiences

  • A sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer success and lasting partnerships

  • Superb organizational and coordination abilities, keeping multiple initiatives on track

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach – you make things happen

  • Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage your workflow

  • Fluent in German (C2) with a good understanding of Swiss German. Proficiency in English at least at B level is also required.

  • Education or studies in business, education, or a related field

  • Proven professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within digital education solutions

  • Experience working with schools, municipalities, or public-sector clients is a plus

  • Pedagogical or teaching background is a strong advantage

  • Demonstrated success in growing and deepening customer relationships

Where you’ll be
This role is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Our Swiss team works on-site two to three days per week and remotely on the other days.
