Your mission
As Senior Bid Manager, you will be a key driver of Sdui Group's growth. Beyond managing tenders, you’ll build a scalable bid management framework, align tender strategies with our go-to-market priorities, and shape how Sdui Group wins complex deals across DACH, Spain, and beyond. Your work will directly influence how we position ourselves in competitive markets and secure long-term partnerships with public institutions.

- Excellent understanding of compliance requirements
- Clear and proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
- Independent, hands-on working style
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High level of stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Proven ability to design scalable processes and frameworks
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration at a senior level
- 5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven track record of success in winning tenders
- In-depth knowledge of public procurement frameworks
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
