As a Senior Product Designer in the Product and Tech team, you will be responsible for building great user experiences so that users enjoy learning with our app. You will be working on a daily basis with product managers and engineers on the high visibility features that solve our biggest customer problems and help establish the best design practices at simpleclub

How will you make an impact:
- Lead the conceptualising of the visual design and user experience of features from ideation to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders
- Along with other designers, own the user experience on the simpleclub app
- Create prototypes and conduct user research to validate problems and solutions with our customers
- Champion best UX practices and principles to enable the best UX
- Help optimise processes to ensure that our design team can work efficiently
What we value:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer with at least 3+ years as a Senior Product Designer in product-focussed companies.
- Experience creating designs for complex features keeping in mind user experience and engineering complexity. Experience with data visualisation products is a plus.
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design, user research, and your ability to tackle complex problems.
- Previous experience with Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
- Fluency in German language is a must-have.

- Ability to condense data into actionable product insights.
- Experience conducting user research.
- Previous experience working in a start-up/ scale-up or fast growth environment.

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.
The salary band for this role in Germany is: 75.000 - 86.300 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
We have implemented salary bands in all job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and understand your skills and experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
