As the Senior Product Manager leading Onboarding and Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our users and customers immediately recognize the value of simpleclub. You’ll work with a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers and designers to craft an exceptional onboarding experience and optimize how new and existing users discover relevant content & features. This is an IC role with high visibility and ownership, reporting to the Head of Product.

How will you make an impact:

  • Own and drive the onboarding and discovery domain — helping trainees, trainers, and decision-makers get started with the right content and tools on simpleclub’s platform.
  • Understand deeply user needs, business goals, and market dynamics to define and execute a long-term roadmap
  • Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure smooth execution by aligning stakeholders, unblocking teams, and building momentum toward product milestones.
  • Act as the internal expert for onboarding and discovery, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to inform decisions and enable strong go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct user interviews and utilize data (including SQL) to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and guide continuous product improvements.
  • Contribute to the broader product organization by sharing learnings, applying industry best practices, and helping shape team OKRs and performance.

What we value:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2+ years in a Senior PM role at a high-growth startup or scale-up, leading cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
  • Hands-on experience building B2B SaaS products is a must-have.
  • Business proficiency in English and German (B2 level or higher) is a must have
  • Experience with user research, data analysis, and competitive insights, and translating them into impactful product roadmap
  • Excellent planning skills with experience in roadmapping, prioritization, OKR-setting and tracking to deliver outcomes that meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to align on the roadmap, actively unblocking and supporting execution to ensure smooth delivery
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management by building strong cross-functional relationships with teams like Sales, Education, and Customer Success to align priorities and drive collaboration.
  • Proficient in SQL and confident using data to guide decisions and validate assumptions.
  • High sense of ownership — you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can take initiative and drive impact end-to-end.

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.
The salary band for this role in Germany is: 67.500 - 91.300 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
