You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and fellow engineers to build secure, resilient, and reliable banking solutions. You will bring both technical depth and leadership to a team solving critical business and technical challenges.
As a Staff Engineer you will:

- Own systems end-to-end: “You build it, you run it” from design to deployment to operations
- Guide architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy across your domain
- Mentor engineers and shape team practices that raise the bar
