Your Role

You will be responsible for the overall legal risk management of the company, particularly in product-related matters (excluding tax law). This includes:

  • Legal business and product support, especially in the areas of credit law, banking law, civil law, consumer protection law, payments law, IT, and trademarks

  • Contract management

  • Creation and maintenance of standard contracts and term sheets

  • Internal legal advice on operational matters and preparation of legal opinions

  • Review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts

  • Instruction, coordination, and monitoring of external lawyers

  • Legal advice on additional company-related areas such as labor law, IP and IT, trademarks, and outsourcing (excluding tax law)

Hard Skills:

  • 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a law firm, with a focus on corporate law

  • Fully qualified lawyer with First and Second State Examination

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Effective stakeholder management

  • Leadership skills

  • Affinity for agile methodology

  • High level of integrity
