Quality Assurance :

• Perform Quality Assurance checks on Solaris Operations teams (internal and external), from KYC Operations to Banking Operations and Customer Support.
• Analyse the results of the regular Quality Assurance outcomes and deliver necessary actions to improve results with internal stakeholders.
• Improve continuously the T&Q processes and tools.
• Support processes improvement within Solaris based on outcomes of Quality Assurance checks.
• Support reporting creation and improvement to stakeholders and management.

Training :

• Create and continuously improve training material andcontent for the new hires of Solaris Operations and current analyst.
• Deliver any additional training whenever required.

Hard Skill :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field Internal.
• 4+ years of experience within the banking or financial services industry, with particular focus on Quality Assurance processes and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of in Banking Operations, KYC Operations and/or Customer Support
• Understanding of training methods and training content creation
• Native in German, fluent in English

Soft Skill :

• Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Clear, concise, and open communication.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and foster understanding among different stakeholders.
