We're looking for an experienced Head of Brand & Growth to elevate the SPREAD brand, drive category creation in Engineering Intelligence, and accelerate our market growth. You'll lead a key team in our marketing department, overseeing brand strategy, growth initiatives, performance marketing and campaign management to establish SPREAD as the definitive leader in this emerging space.

You're the ideal candidate if you're visionary, data-driven, creative and strategic, with a passion for building compelling brand narratives and driving measurable growth in the B2B tech space. You should be curious about the latest trends in AI & Engineering Intelligence and have a knack for translating complex concepts into powerful brand stories and high-performing marketing campaigns. Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke and/or cats & dogs.
Your Mission
As Head of Brand & Growth, your goal is to build a strong, distinctive brand that resonates with our audience, drives SPREAD's growth, establishes Engineering Intelligence as a recognized category, and delivers measurable marketing results. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and growth strategy that aligns with SPREAD's vision and positions us as the category leader in Engineering Intelligence.
  • Lead efforts to define, articulate and evangelize the Engineering Intelligence category, educating the market on its value and potential
  • Design, strategize, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Oversee the creation of high quality, branded content that educates the market about Engineering Intelligence and SPREAD's solutions.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and accelerate category adoption
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and drive growth
  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies, ensuring clear differentiation and compelling positioning of SPREAD solutions in the marketplace.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform product marketing initiatives and keep SPREAD's strategies on the cutting edge.
  • Effectively manage brand and growth-related budgets and resources to maximize ROI
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the Engineering Intelligence
    space
Your Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B brand strategy, growth marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector
  • Industry knowledge: familiarity with B2B SaaS, AI, automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Category Creation: experience or strong understanding of category design and creation strategies
  • Growth Marketing: Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Performance marketing: deep expertise in digital marketing channels, funnel optimization, and data- driven campaign management
  • Product Marketing: Strong experience developing and executing product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning
  • Language skills: German (ideally) at native level and excellent English language skills - verbal and especially written
  • Brand Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies for B2B companies
  • Analytics & Data Science: strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Creative leadership: ability to lead creative teams and shape brand identities while driving performance
  • Storytelling & Communications: exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex ideas simply and powerfully
  • Digital fluency: deep understanding of digital platforms and how to leverage them to build and grow brands
  • Cross-functional leadership: strong collaborative skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Innovation: passion for staying ahead of branding & growth trends and bringing fresh ideas
  • Continuous learning: keen interest in technology trends, particularly in AI and engineering
