About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Operations Associate to support day-to-day execution across retail sales, customer relationships, and supply chain operations. This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth and operational excellence—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants exposure to all parts of a growing brand.
Sales Support & Account Management
- Support key retail accounts with order management, item setup, and ongoing communication
- Track and report on sales performance by account, SKU, and region
- Assist in preparing materials for line reviews, buyer meetings, and new item launches
- Coordinate promotions, pricing updates, and trade spend tracking
- Monitor in-stock rates and help resolve retailer/distributor issues
- Track and dispute deductions
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Analyze inventory levels to adjust purchase orders
- Coordinate with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and distributors to ensure on-time shipments
- Track inventory levels and help forecast demand across channels
- Identify and troubleshoot supply chain issues (delays, shortages, logistics constraints)
- Support cost tracking, margin analysis, and operational reporting
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with finance on invoicing, deductions, and trade spend reconciliation
- Assist with product launches, including SKU setup, logistics coordination, and retailer onboarding
- Support ad hoc projects across sales, ops, and leadership
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in CPG, retail, sales, operations, or supply chain (internships count)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel & Powerpoint proficiency required; familiarity with Google Sheets)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills (internal + external stakeholders)
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset

Remote (up to 10% travel in the US)

Founded in 2018, The Naked Market is a new age food and beverage CPG startup. We care deeply about health and nutrition and firmly believe that the current offerings in the consumer packaged food space are not nearly sufficient enough to satiate the demand from consumers for healthy, nutritious alternatives.
To capitalize on this opportunity, we have built an omni-channel (sell online & offline) food & beverage platform that creates & launches health oriented brands/products across a variety of categories. We pride ourselves on embracing our direct relationship with consumers & having the infrastructure to quickly bring them the trending products they are looking for. We currently own three brands including: Flock Chicken Crisps, Rob's Backstage Popcorn, Drink Haus, and have several others we will be launching.
