And we’re looking for a Head of People Operations to join our team and embark on this journey with us.
What you will do
This role is responsible for running People Operations globally.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for day-to-day:
- Design and implement scalable processes and other initiatives that will improve the employee lifecycle across entities.
- Act as a sparring partner to the senior leadership team. Understand the needs of the business and advise on changes to policy and/or process to achieve business goals.
- Ensure information is readily available to all employees and managers via Tourlane’s internal knowledge base (Confluence).
- Own employee data and reporting, generating insights and sharing them proactively to drive decision making.
- Contribute to the geographic expansion of the business, ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations across all locations.
- Lead, coach and guide our People Operations team in their day to day work, in particular acting as an escalation point on sensitive employee matters.
What you will need to be successful
Here’s the experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience in People Experience/HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of people management with experience managing a People Experience or HR operations team.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German skills. French is a plus.
- Very strong knowledge of German labour law. Experience in France is a plus.
- Exposure to working in an international environment and comfortable navigating HR operations in multiple markets.
