What we are looking for

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Founders Associate to support the founders and leadership team across operations, people topics, and selected commercial work. You work close to decision making and help turn our priorities into clear actions. You enjoy creating structure, coordinating across teams, and working on a mix of topics. You are also comfortable handling administrative tasks and like working behind the scenes to make teams, processes, and initiatives run smoothly. This role is based in Zürich. Working hours are flexible, and we would like you to be in the office around two days per week.

Your mission
Support founders and leadership:

  • Help structure founder priorities, prepare materials, and keep follow ups and next steps on track
  • Support internal communication, leadership updates, and selected investor related coordination
  • Help ensure high impact initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability
Support People, operations, and admin:

  • Plan and organize team weeks, offsites, and internal events
  • Support recruiting by coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Support people operations such as feedback cycles, surveys, and internal process improvements
  • Support office administration and day to day operational tasks
  • Assist with selected finance and operational planning and tracking
Support Commercial and go-to-market support:

  • Support founder led commercial work on the sidelines by preparing materials and coordinating follow ups with key partners
  • Support customer and partner event preparation behind the scenes
  • Maintain and update internal and external collateral such as decks and case studies together with marketing and design
  • Support light market and customer research to help prioritize initiatives
About you
  • First experience in a fast paced environment such as a startup, scale up, consulting, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Able to work with changing priorities and some ambiguity
  • Clear and professional communicator, written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness
  • Curious about how SaaS companies work and scale
