About This Role:

We are looking for a an experienced and innovative Regional Marketing Director to join our dynamic Marketing team in Paris, London, Madrid or Munich/Berlin. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us leading our marketing strategies across France, Germany, and UK, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

This pivotal role requires a hands-on marketing leader who is both highly analytical and operational, capable of driving impactful results across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges, thinks creatively to push boundaries, and leads teams with agility and a relentless drive for excellence. Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive growth.
  • Leverage market insights to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage marketing teams across multiple locations to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and external partners, to deliver seamless and successful marketing initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
  • Take a hands-on approach to ensure the flawless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Analytical Focus:
  • Analyse marketing data and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to optimise ROI.
Agility and Flexibility:
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and organisational needs, demonstrating resilience and a proactive mindset.
  • Embrace experimentation and pivot strategies as needed to stay ahead in competitive markets.
Innovation and Creativity:
  • Drive out-of-the-box thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Challenge the status quo to uncover new ways to connect with target audiences and drive brand engagement.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on both strategy and execution.
  • Proven leadership and communication mastery to manage teams across multiple locations and drive operational success.
  • Experience with martech tools and main acquisition leverages.
  • Successes with 360°/omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong track record of successfully collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional units.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • A natural problem solver with a passion for overcoming challenges and delivering results.
  • Highly agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
