You will be part of a great journey to bring innovative approaches to our total rewards practices and support us developing and implementing our own rewards concept and philosophy.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the design and execution of the core compensation processes (e.g. bonus calculations, pay bands and job architecture maintenance, annual salary review, VSOP support)
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing processes in the most efficient way via our new tool Pave
  • Support market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
  • Analyse company C&B data trends, identifying any compensation inconsistencies and presenting recommendations to address them to ensure internal pay equity
  • Take a lead on any new C&B projects, collaborating cross-functionally with the bigger People & Culture team and other Atolls stakeholders such as finance and senior leaders.
  • Serve as a main point of contact and compensation expert for internal stakeholders on inquiries related to compensation, bonus calculations, VSOP etc.

Your Profile

We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Partner who is passionate about designing fair and rewarding pay structures, leveraging automation and process efficiency to streamline operations, and ultimately focusing on what truly matters—enhancing the employee experience.

  • +4 years in Compensation, Rewards, or analytical role within HR (HR analytics, consulting, etc.)
  • Experience working with Pave or comparable compensation planning tools
  • Deep operational understanding of core compensation processes
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Passion for innovation, automation and ongoing improvements
  • Experience working across the globe and different teams in the fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with European salary laws would be a plus
