About This Role:

We are currently looking for a Head of Commercial - Polish Market to join our KAM Team in Warsaw. In this role you will be responsible for leading the KAM team and the relationships with advertisers and affiliate networks. You will be creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Shape and drive the new business strategy, including pitching and onboarding key partners
  • Act as the commercial team’s main representative, working closely with marketing and editorial to align on strategic initiatives
  • Lead all sales and account management efforts in the local market
  • Develop and implement strategies to support both short- and long-term client retention and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and advertisers, ensuring high-quality service delivery while managing cost efficiency
  • Train, mentor, and support the ongoing development of the account management team
  • Set clear goals, targets, and KPIs to drive team performance
  • Stay on top of industry trends and proactively identify new market opportunities
  • Attend industry events and sharpen the profile of Cashback as a viable Marketing channel

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with {explicit job content} experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.

  • At least 10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in business development, account management, or sales
  • Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus
  • A background in e-commerce and a strong network in the industry is an advantage
  • Having played a key role in expanding startups in Poland is a plus (growth mindset, dynamic, ambitious, comfortable with change)
  • Ideally the candidate has experience in business consulting (even at the start of his/her career) and/or e-commerce related
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to track, monitor, and optimize KPIs
  • Strong negotiator and strong in building great pitches
  • Ambitious and driven, with a growth mindset and a strong appetite for challenges
  • Needs to able to implement and establish clear routines, processes, workflows and monitoring
  • Proven leadership skills, with at least 2 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Fluency in both Polish and English language
