About This Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist and Office Manager /People Operations & Workplace Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Warsaw.
This role combines responsibilities across People Operations and Office Management. You will be both the go-to person for employee experience in Poland and the heart of our Warsaw office, making sure daily operations run smoothly and creating a great workplace environment.
From supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliant HR processes, to managing office logistics, events, onboarding and everything in between, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing team locally while collaborating with our global People & Culture community.
Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.
Key Responsibilities as a HR/People Ops.
- Act as the local go-to person for all People Operations topics related to our team in Warsaw, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, managing all HR administrative tasks such as vacation and sick leave tracking, special leave, parental leave, benefits administration and more.
- Liaise with our external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing; support monthly payroll tasks and resolve any related queries.
- Manage enrollment and removal processes for employee benefits programs.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data within our HRIS (Workday).
- Support the implementation of new HR policies, systems and processes locally, in alignment with our global P&C strategies.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, reference letters, employment confirmations and other employment-related correspondence, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Support and coordinate visa and work permit processes in collaboration with our external immigration provider.
Key Responsibilities as a Office Manager/Workplace Experience Manager
- Be the voice, face and heart of our company in Warsaw, Poland
- Drive, and be responsible for all office management tasks in the office
- Be responsible for your own projects like comparing vendor contracts
- Plan, organize and execute all in-house company events together with the team
- Create rewarding moments on special days, like birthdays, anniversaries or holidays
- Coordinate with our other Office Managers from other offices to harmonize processes
- Act as a contact person for landlord of the Warsaw office
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People Operations role, ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administration practices.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, service-minded, and proactive in supporting employees and managers.
- Independent and reliable work style with a high sense of ownership.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) is a plus.
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in office management (would be a plus)
- Experience in Project management (would be a plus)
