About This Role:

We are looking for a Head of Operations (France) to join our Operations team in Paris (Hybrid, with flexibility).
At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us lead our French operations and establish our position as a market leader in coupons, buying guides and cashback, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions.

As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys (In brands like #iGraal)
Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities
:

  • Drive the organic growth of French domains, with a focus on SEO and editorial quality.
  • Lead the local SEO strategy, ensuring visibility and performance against competitors.
  • Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing Editorial Operations team, ensuring delivery of excellence.
  • Establish and improve processes, SOPs, and performance monitoring frameworks to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Analyze domain performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action swiftly.
  • Hire, coach, and develop talent; foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and ambition.

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with 5-7 years in operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce leadership experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven SEO and organic growth knowledge, with ability to influence direction and execution.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership track record in managing, motivating, and scaling teams.
  • Experience with strategic planning and operational execution at country level. A “Get Things Done” mindset — proactive, persistent, and committed to excellence.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, competitive environments and with strong adaptability in dynamic environments, comfortable embracing change and leveraging tools such as AI and automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English.
