About This Role:

We are looking for a Junior ERP Specialist / Finance Coordinator in Madrid to help our Finance team with some topics related to ERP system maintenance.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • You will be responsible to the maintenance and creation of our Master data for Customers and Vendors
  • You will give access to users and provide permissions to access to some expense tools connected with the ERP system
  • You will help us to improve current processes
  • You will participate in tools integration
  • Creation and improvement or user guidelines

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or education in accounting, business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge or experience on invoicing process will nice to have
  • Open mind and customer support experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Have Accounting basis/Background
    • Have Financial knowledge
    • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) or NAV is an advantage.
