💡 Your Mission: Driving Revenue Growth & Operational Excellence

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind building a world-class Go-To-Market engine for the post-sales journey at voize. Your mission is to turn Customer Support and Success into strategic growth levers by designing the systems, processes, and insights that enable teams to act with clarity and consistency. From onboarding to expansion. This role lays the foundation for scalable, data-driven operations that elevate customer value, retention, and revenue impact.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

  • Build and refine the operational backbone of our Customer Success function. From lifecycle playbooks to automation frameworks.

  • Track key metrics like NRR, churn, and CSAT to drive insights and enable smart, data-informed decisions.

  • Collaborate across teams to align customer touchpoints, drive feedback loops, and support strategic programs.

  • Own and continuously improve our tech stack and tools, including Hubspot and reporting infrastructure.

  • Spot inefficiencies, standardize processes, and proactively manage risks, escalations, and intervention workflows.

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, RevOps, or Business Operations, ideally in a high-paced B2B SaaS.

  • Proven experience setting up or scaling Operations, CS Ops or RevOps functions.

  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools, CRMs (Hubspot), and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase).

  • Hands-on experience with No- & Low-Code automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier)

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, retention metrics, and revenue forecasting.

  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for execution.

  • Bonus: Proficient German skills
