💡 Your Mission: Maximize adoption & drive success!
We’re seeking a GTM and Growth Engineer, to join our RevOps team, to design and execute strategic lead generation that enhance sales productivity and drive pipeline growth. You’ll partner with our Marketing team and Sales Leadership to align strategy, keep data clean and accurate, and uncover new lead opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who loves mixing RevOps, data optimization, and creative growth hacks to help scale a fast-growing go-to-market engine.

In this role you will:
Design and manage outbound campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth
Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on strategy, execution, and performance goals
Maintain clean, accurate data through regular reviews, audits, and process improvements
Track key metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance insights to boost overall productivity
🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
You will excel in this role if you have:
2+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM roles with measurable impact on pipeline or sales productivity
Outbound & Lead Generation experience. Hands-on experience running campaigns that drive engagement and new opportunities using state-of-the-art tools (e.g., Clay/Freckle)
Data focused & analytical, you love cleaning, auditing, and making sense of data; SQL or similar tools a plus
Experience using automation tools, you are comfortable building workflows from scratch and automations (we use n8n)
Work seamlessly cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to keep things aligned
Thrive in fast-paced environments and figure things out on the fly
